Currently working some issues brought about by some updates… should be sporting new forums and a full social-file-sharing capability within the week… glad to be back in the US of A!!
This site is dedicated to all the wrench turners and spark chasers who keep the United States Marine Corps -America’s 911 force in readiness – armed and equipped to locate, close with and destroy the enemy with superior fire power and night-operational capabilities! Information contained within is centered around Occ field 21xx: Ground Ordnance Marine.
The mission of this site is to provide a quick equipment reference for Ordnance Marines covering both historical (generally obsolete, but oft discovered) equipment as well as new equipment that may be appearing within the Marine Corps inventory.
The menu above will navigate you to the different military occupational specialties (MOS) and equipment in the ordnance field. If you have suggestions let me know.
In order to remove some of this information from direct access from anyone on the internet, we have moved to a lifetime paid subscription access model. This will be supported by a one-time nominal fee, commensurate with the capability you want. This fee is to support maintaining of the site and individual review of accounts. Still looking for some live input from the 2161 <<yeah, you machinist’s out there>> community… looking for programs, scripts or plans to build a library of machinist information… special tools, projects, solutions, etc. The idea is to support the machinist community’s ability to work smarter, not harder by sharing information. I fielded the idea to TMDE for them to host on their site, but didn’t get any love from them. Contact me – you send it I will build it.
Looking for pictures or information on obsolete/rare/new equipment that has been in/around the Marine Corps at one point or another. Send pictures or information to me.
